Unveiled for the 1989 Frankfurt Motorshow, the Pininfarina-penned, mid-engined Ferrari 348 was the highly anticipated replacement for the iconically 1980's 328.
With a revised quad-cam V8 engine positioned longitudinally and lower within the chassis, Ferrari were able to install an F1 inspired transversally mounted manual transmission. This offered a much lower centre of gravity allowing weight to be concentrated within the centre of the chassis.
The 348 was also the first production Ferrari to feature a steel monocoque chassis maximising torsional rigidity and these fresh updates made the 348 thrillingly agile.
We’re excited to bring this immaculate UK delivered 348 TB to market. With only 130 RHD cars being built and presented in the iconic Rosso Corsa over Crema Leather and Bordeaux carpets, we are shocked to come across one in such original unrepeatable condition.
Complete with its original toolkit and owners manuals encased in their leather Ferrari wallet this is a great investment opportunity for the savvy Ferrari collector.
With only 14,050 original miles it's no surprise the panel fit and finish is simply superb. All the right indicators show just how well this car has been cared for, the factory 5 spoke aero alloys are unspoiled and underneath all bolts still carry the factory gold finish.
Inside, the interior is spotless. The bolstering on both sports bucket seats are freshly firm with the double stitching in pristine order, the original switch gear, instrumentation and controls seem untouched and even touch points like the original leather steering wheel, door handles and entry sills are in remarkable condition.
Delivering 300 hp to the tarmac and dispatching 0-100 kmh in an enchanting 5.4 seconds this 348 TB represents the pinnacle of what is considered collectable Ferrari.
Book and appointment with the team to see this beautifully kept 90’s icon in the flesh.
