When it comes to choosing an exotic super car, it’s usually Italian, it’ll traditionally have a V12 and you won’t be able to help yourself… you’ll want a prancing horse emblem on the bonnet.

Replacing the 575 Maranello, the 599 was given a 5,999cc naturally aspirated V12, the best powerplant in the business which was lifted from the Enzo and is capable of bending your mind backwards due to the amount of G’s it produces upon hard acceleration.

Its all-mighty 612 horsepower is sent to the rear wheels via its 6 Speed F1 automated manual transmission which was vastly improved since its predecessor allowing faster gear changes than an Enzo and known to be more usable around town thanks to the clever engineers at Maranello.

Designed in a wind tunnel, the 599 is full of functional aero-details like the rear buttresses, the diffuser and the bonnet ducts which all in conjunction generate 160kg of downforce at 300km/h – no spoilers needed here.

The car offered is an exceptionally low kilometre and rare specification Australian delivered 2008 Ferrari 599 GTB ordered in the timeless combination of Nero Daytona over Rosso leather trim.

This 599 GTB features the following options:

• Carbon Fibre Bucket Seats

• Carbon Fibre Interior Pack Including Steering Wheel, Paddles, Dash and Console

• Extended Leather Pack Including Parcel Shelf, Headliner and Seats

• Giallo Brake Calipers

• Scuderia Racing Shields

• Front and Rear Parking Sensors

• Carbon Ceramic Brakes

• Carbon Steering Wheel with LED’s

With just 9,629 kilometres travelled this Ferrari is accompanied by its two factory keys and complete set of original books bound within the leather Ferrari wallet which details a meticulous Ferrari Service Centre maintenance history – it’s last recorded in March 2020 @ 9,498 kilometres.

There are very quick cars, which can post 0-160km/h times beginning with an eight but anything under eight seconds belongs to an elite group, and in gaining such membership, the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is something quite special.

Experiencing a front-engine V12 Ferrari is like seeing the Beatles live in concert. The sound makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.

A stunning car and a jewel in the crown of one of the greatest automakers this Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano is a must in any collection.
