1965 was the third year of the Corvette’s second-generation that centralised on some significant mechanical upgrades vastly improving the cars already impressive handling and drivability.

America’s sportscar, the Corvette Sting Ray featured build quality and performance far and above all other American muscle or performance cars. Experiencing is believing.

The car offered was ordered new by a Detroit based GM employee in February of 1965, costing $4,677.95 noted on the rarely seen original build sheet that accompanies the car.

Ordered with the quick-to-rev 300hp 327 small block and Muncie 4 speed manual trans with posi traction rear end and 4-wheel disc brakes this out and out survivor still presents in it’s original Ermine White paintwork and stunning original Dark Green trim with tinted glass.

Exceptionally well maintained throughout its life and arriving in Australia in 2006 this C2 Corvette Sting Ray is in excellent running and driving condition, just as Chevrolet intended. A credit to its last owner and an asset to the next.

The car is accompanied by its original sales books, owner protection plan with potecto plate, owner guide booklet, build sheet, original certificate of title and the last from its second owner in 2006.
