1992 Ferrari 348 TS

Unveiled at the 1989 Frankfurt Motorshow, the Pininfarina-designed, mid-engined Ferrari 348 was the eagerly awaited successor to the quintessentially 1980s 328. With an updated quad-cam V8 engine positioned longitudinally and lower in the chassis, Ferrari managed to install an F1-inspired, transversally mounted manual gearbox. This resulted in a much lower centre of gravity, allowing the weight to be concentrated within the centre of the chassis.

The 348 was the first production Ferrari to feature a steel monocoque chassis, maximising torsional rigidity. These new developments rendered the 348 exhilaratingly agile. We’re thrilled to present this immaculate Australian-delivered 348 TS to the market. With only a few right-hand drive models built and presented in the iconic Rosso Corsa over Black Leather and Black carpets, it's astonishing to find one in such original, pristine condition.
