A quirky, fun, minimalist, stylish and usable French automobile that stands out in a sea of run-of-the-mill compact SUVs, the Cactus has earnt itself a cult following.

Out with the old and in with the new, the Cactus features a zippy 1.2 litre turbocharged three-cylinder engine that produces 81kW of power and an impressive 205Nm of torque and is offered in either a 6-speed automatic or (for the driver) a 5 speed manual.

A distinctive design feature of the Cactus is the “Airbump” panels on the sides of the car, this clever design cue protects the car from damage in car parks – a thoughtful move by Citroën.

The interior blends modern technology and old-school design touches like the door handles designed like those from attaché case, a glovebox that looks like a piece of luggage and its sofa-style seats are easily the most comfortable in its class. Just like the original DS Pallas.
